Great–grandmother of three
NORTH READING — Dorothea H. (Rydeard) Smith, of North Reading, died April 4. She was the beloved wife of the late Edward Smith. She was also the mother of Linda Rosan and her husband Allan of New Hampshire, Arthur H. of North Reading and Walter Smith of Wakefield. She was the grandmother of Jeremy, Tracy, Christopher and Laura and the great–grandmother of Jessica, Collin and Kellcie.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit and share memories with the family on Friday April 10 from 6–8 p.m. in the Cota Funeral Home, 335 Park St. (corner of Park Street and Rte. 28), North Reading, at the Reading line. At the request of the family, interment will be private. Please omit flowers and make donations in Dorothea’s name to the Alzheimer’s Assoc., 480 Pleasant St., Watertown MA 02472.
