WAKEFIELD — Elizabeth S. Michelotti, 85, of Wakefield died Friday, February 3, in Wakefield.
She was born in Chelsea on October 28, 1931 and was the daughter of the late Frederick and Louise (Pucillo) Wells. She was raised in Chelsea and was a graduate of Chelsea High School.
She had been Wakefield resident for the past 43 years and was a retired produce manager for the former Gallahue’s Supermarket of Wakefield. She was an avid Red Sox fan.
Elizabeth was the loving mother of Brian Michelotti and his wife Cheryl of Malden, Debra Krikorian and her husband John of Holden, Laura Tanner and her husband David of Wakefield and Karen Gerakines and Charles Michelotti of FL. She is also survived by her nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her sister Mary Murray and Frederick Wells. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Thursday at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass in St. Florence Church, 47 Butler Ave., Wakefield at 11. Interment will be at Lakeside Cemetery. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
