LYNNFIELD — The Lynnfield Board of Health will hold its first Flu Clinic of the season on Friday, Oct. 2 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Lynnfield Senior Center, 525 Salem St.
The Flu Clinic is open to all those ages 8 and older. Both residents and non-residents are welcome.
Those receiving flu vaccine should have no allergies to eggs or egg products and no history of Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS).
Most health insurance is accepted. Participants are asked to please bring all insurance cards with them to the clinic. If a particular insurance is not accepted, a $20 fee is charged to receive the vaccine.
Additional clinics hosted by the Board of Health will be announced as soon as the dates are confirmed.
