NORTH READING — The Health Department will begin seasonal flu clinics for the general public (ages 4 and up) on Tuesday, Oct. 20, from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. and Wednesday, Oct. 21 from 4:30 to 7 p.m. and the North Reading town hall and every Monday, starting Oct. 26 at the Edith O’Leary Senior Center from 1:30 to 2 p.m.
All registration forms will be available in the Board of Health office in town hall and on the Board of Health web site. Pick up a form and a copy of your insurance card(s) made prior to the flu clinic to reduce wait time.
Please remember to bring your medical insurance card to the flu clinic. Residents will not be billed by their insurance company. Insurance cards are needed by the Health Department to submit for reimbursement to help fund future clinics. Clinic dates are subject to change due to vaccine availability.
