Melrose Farmer’s Market

For the first time ever, Healthy Melrose will feature a special Farmer’s Market pop up event. This will feature many of your favorite Farmer’s Market vendors, as well as new ones, to help celebrate Healthy and Sustainable Melrose’s 10 year anniversary. Organizers are so excited to be bringing farms, fish, eggs, meat, dairy and prepared foods to the 10 year anniversary.

Check out all the vendors. We have one veggie farm, Farmer Dave’s, and other amazing farms and prepared food vendors are The Bread Shop, Pure Pastry, Deano’s Pasta, Muddy River Herbals, Laszlo Family Farm, Moonlight Farm, Seven Hills Pasta Co., Roberto’s Seafood, Smith’s Country Cheese, Koshari Mama, Jennifer Lee’s Bakery, and Beverly Bees. Sasquatch Woodworks, Brooklyn James and Ugly Baby Soap Company LC will be joining us as well as. Pick up something tasty from our creative food demo chef, Suman Shah, from Fork on a Road. She will show you how farm fresh food and certain spices can make an amazing salad dressing, veggie side dish, or even a soup.

The fair also features Sustainable Melrose which is a group of civic minded organizations coming together to raise awareness of and support for our shared community responsibilities in environmental stewardship, social well-being, and economic prosperity over the long term. In collaboration with the Healthy Melrose organizers and the city, Sustainable Melrose will be taking steps to make the fair a “zero waste” and “zero carbon” event. Our awesome Sustainable Melrose vendors will have great interactive demonstrations.
