PLANO, Texas — Jane Rodd, 87, formerly of Wakefield, passed away on Feb. 24, 2015 after a short illness.
Jane retired from the Wakefield public school system where she worked as a teacher’s aide for several years. She was loved by all.
Jane and Irving moved to Plano, Texas in June 1996. Preceded in death by her husband Irving, sisters Marie Beyer and Winnie Bascilesco, both of Wakefield and her brother Walter Reid of Tewksbury.
She is survived by son Rick Rodd of Grand Junction, Colo.; daughter Debbie (Lewis) Patton of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; daughter Susan (Jim) Koestler of Plano, Texas and six grandchildren.
