SAUGUS — Jeanne M. (Pelletier) Valeri of Saugus, formerly of Everett, age 57, died January 19 after a 15 year courageous battle with brain cancer.
She was the loving wife of David C. Valeri and the beloved step–mother of David C. Valeri of South Boston and Dana M. Valeri and his wife Genna of Beverly. She was the dear sister of Gerard Pelletier and his wife Lori of North Reading, Joyce and her partner John O’Donnell of Everett. She was also the cherished grandmother of Archangelo. She leaves behind many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Jeanne is also survived by her two best friends, Janice Seelley and Cathy Calderone.
Jeanne was Past President of St. Vincent DePaul Society, Blessed Sacrament Church. Her funeral was held from the Bisbee–Porcella Funeral Home, 549 Lincoln Ave., Saugus on Friday, Jan. 23 followed by a funeral Mass in Blessed Sacrament Church, Saugus. Interment was in Riverside Cemetery, Saugus. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to St. Vincent DePaul, c/o Blessed Sacrament Church, 14 Summer St., Saugus, MA 01906 or to Mass.
