Great–grandmother of two
SAUGUS – Mrs. Jeannette T. (Mazza) Moscone, age 82, died on Tuesday, Nov. 25 at the Epoch of Melrose Nursing Center, Melrose. She was the wife of the late Nelson F. Moscone.
Born in Medford and raised in Melrose, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Martha (Motoret) Mazza. A devoted homemaker and mother, Mrs. Moscone had been a resident of Saugus since 1959.
She is survived by her five children: Karen Pinkham and her husband Frederick of North Reading, Nelson Moscone of Lynn, Ann Kane and her husband Dan of Melrose, Lucinda Moscone of Saugus and Gene Moscone and his wife Mariann of Wakefield. Also by eight grandchildren: Brian, Eric, Mark, Dan, Erin, Nick, Gene and Elizabeth, and two great– grandchildren: Cameron & Jackson. She was the twin sister of Joanne Moulton of FL and sister to the late Frank, Marion, Daniel, Lucy and Madeline.

Visiting hours were held in the Bisbee-Porcella Funeral Home, 549 Lincoln Ave., Saugus on Nov. 28. A funeral was held from the funeral home on Saturday, November 29 followed by a funeral Mass in St. Margaret’s Church, Saugus. Interment followed at Riverside Cemetery, Saugus.
