WAKEFIELD — The Wakefield Independence Day Committee will begin their fundraising efforts for the 2017 Fourth of July Parade with a Fourth of July in January Indoor BBQ. The date is Jan. 14, the place is the Wakefield Lodge of Elks on Bay State Road, doors open at 6:30 p.m. with dinner at 7 p.m.
Tickets are $30 per person and $210 per table of 8. Tickets can be purchased at Smith Drug, 390 Main St. and at the Wakefield Co-operative Bank, 342 Main St., or by calling 781-246-2531 (all messages with be returned).
Tickets will also be available at the WIDC booth during this Saturday’s Holiday Stroll. Make sure to purchase your tickets early as there will be a very limited number of tickets available at the door. Stop by the booth on Albion Street and check out what the committee has in store for this year!
