Olstinski-obit-webWAKEFIELD — Lillian V. Olstinski, 91, a lifelong Wakefield resident, died Monday, Jan. 11, at her home.
Born in Hampton, Conn. on April 23, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Mary (Lesniewski) Olstinski.
Lillian was a graduate of Wakefield High School, Class of 1942, as well as of Boston University. She had worked as an advertising copy chief at Lechmere Sales, from which she retired.
She was a member of St. Florence Church and the Women’s Professional Business Club of Boston.
She is survived by her two nieces Janice Guimond and her husband Robert of Lynnfield and Donna Baker and her husband Philip of Goodyear, Ariz.; her nephew Paul J. Olstin and his wife Jean of Westminster, S.C.; her great nieces Nicole, Alison and Martha; and great-nephew Justin.
Her funeral will be celebrated in St. Florence Church, 47 Butler Ave., Wakefield on Friday at 10 a.m. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield prior to the Mass from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.
