LYNNFIELD — The Lynnfield Athletic Association (LAA) is hosting the 57th running of the Fourth of July 5K Road Race on Thursday, July 4.

This beloved community event brings together runners and walkers alike for a morning of celebration and camaraderie. This year, the race will kickoff at 9 a.m. from the Town Common.

“We would like to thank this year’s race sponsors: Moynihan Lumber, North Shore Bank, Salem Five, Supino Insurance Agency, A Healthy Lynnfield, MarketStreet Lynnfield, Danielle Ventre of Littlefield Real Estate, the YMCA of Metro North, Wakefield Co-operative Bank, DSH Dermatology and Skin Care, Wellpoint, and the Law Office of Colonna, Doyle and Simeola,” said LAA Treasurer Jen Goguen.

The Lynnfield Athletic Association is an organization that provides financial support to all of Lynnfield High School’s athletic programs.  The association funds necessities such as sporting equipment, uniforms and scholarships to deserving Lynnfield High School seniors pursuing higher education.
