MELROSE — Melrose High School Interim Principal Jason Merrill is holding a meet and greet with parents starting next week.

Merrill will be holding his first meet and greet on Wednesday, July 27 at 8:30 a.m. The second meet and greet is Thursday, Aug. 18 at 8:30 a.m. The third meet and greet is Tuesday, Aug. 23 at 6:30 p.m.

“I look forward to meeting families and having the opportunity to answer any questions and listen to feedback before starting the school year,” said Merrill in an e-mail. “The MHS PTO will provide coffee and snacks. If one of these dates does not work for you, please reach out to me through e-mail to set up a time. Please enter through the front door of MHS.”

Additionally, Merrill announced the grade 9 orientation will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 23 at 9 a.m at MHS.

Orientation is for all ninth grade students. Any incoming freshman who is unable to attend should contact Diane Carpenter at dcarpenter@melroseschools.com.
