MELROSE — OutLoud Open Mic at the Beebe Estate on Wednesday, October 23 features Kirsten Manville, singer/songwriter.

Outloud returns to the Beebe Estate for the second time this Fall welcoming feature Manville, a Boston-based performing songwriter who inspires and connects people through her stirringly melodic guitar and vocals. Her original works are steeped in folk and country Americana traditions with a touch of blues. Blossom in the Sun, her latest release was a Top 5 album pick in the September 2022 issue of Metronome Magazine. She has debuted songs in the Top 50 of the Roots Music Report Folk Album, Contemporary Folk Album and Contemporary Folk Songs Charts as well as on the June 2022 Folk Alliance Chart. Her song “…but Down” from the album Some People Sing was included in the Alternate Root Magazine’s weekly top 10 in November of 2017. She has opened for well known folk artists Don White, Joe Jencks and Kerri Powers as well as for comedian Jimmy Tingle.
