MELROSE — Letitia A. “Ti” Walsh, 95, of Melrose, passed away at the Oosterman’s Rest Home in Melrose on August 2, 2019.

Letitia was born and raised in Stoneham and a graduate of Stoneham High School. She was a homemaker, longtime Melrose resident and member of St. Mary’s Church in Melrose for many years. Letitia was sweet, strong, independent and her family and friends were the most important part of her life. She loved her home and enjoyed her neighbors and the neighborhood kids.

She was the beloved wife of the late Patrick J. Walsh for 42 years. Loving mother of the late Philip D. Walsh. Cherished grandmother of Meghan E. Walsh and her husband Richard Kirk of Melrose. Also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visiting hours were held at the Gately Funeral Home, 79 W. Foster St., Melrose on Wednesday, August 7, followed by a graveside service at Wyoming Cemetery in Melrose. Relatives and friends were respectfully invited to attend. For directions and to sign online condolence visit www.gatelyfh.com
