Loved horses and becoming a registered nurse

MELROSE — Lisa M. (Kelley) O’Neill, formerly of Melrose passed away on August 26 at 59 years of age.

Lissa was born in Everett on March 16th, 1965 to Mary (Sullivan)and Kevin Kelley. Lisa grew up with three other siblings Kevin, Brian and Susan. Through her early childhood years, Lisa was raised in Melrose and attended St. Patrick’s School in Stoneham to then graduating from Girls Catholic High School in Malden. Lisa held many jobs such as working for the state of Massachusetts, the MBTA and others all while enrolling in higher education to pursue her passion in becoming a Registered Nurse. Lisa worked as a nurse and lived briefly in Wakefield and then in later years started working with horses and living in Stoneham.

Whether it was work or spare time, Lisa loved everything and anything equestrian. Her love for horses spread throughout her 59 years on this earth.

Lisa will be forever missed and we will remember her as we continue on without her physically but always with us spiritually.

Lisa was the mother of three children Jessica McIntyre, Kevin O’Neill and the late Heather O’Neill and her newly added granddaughter Addelaide McIntyre.
