LINCOLN — Geraldine M. “Gerri” Corrado, a resident of Quincy, and formerly of South Boston, passed away peacefully in Lincoln on Sunday, September 5, 2021 at age 72.

Gerri was instilled with strength and determination from her mother who raised five children after the loss of her husband. She dedicated herself to her career for over 30 years, and most recently, maintained her responsibilities while facing considerable health challenges. Gerri received her JD from Suffolk Law School in 1989. She worked in real estate administration at Bingham McCutcheon for several years, and for the last nine years at K&L Gates in Boston. Hard working and intelligent, Gerri generously shared her knowledge and experience with others as a Lease Administrator, making a positive impact on those around her.

Gerri was a beloved figure in the family. She loved her nieces and nephews as her own, took a special interest in each of them, and encouraged them to be the best they could. Her generous gifts were touched with thoughtfulness.

Gerri was a unique woman with a creative mind. She loved music, both listening and playing, movies, theatre, photography, politics and was incredibly well read. She was a tenacious Boston sports fan, loving all sports. She was involved with local theatre, kept her mind sharp watching Jeopardy nightly, and volunteered for the USO. Gerri also had a special place in her heart for Provincetown. She loved the energy of Provincetown, the restaurants, and often visited during the annual film festival.

Gerri will be deeply missed, but will be forever remembered for her brilliant mind, giving nature, and devotion to family. Her positive impact will continue on in the hearts and minds of her family and friends.
