WAKEFIELD — The Shepherd’s Table of the First Baptist Church of Wakefield, 8 Lafayette St., will hold its next meal on Monday, July 13, serving from 6 to 7 p.m. in Fellowship Hall of the church.
The menu for the night will be New England Clam Chowder, fresh baked bread & butter, fresh garden salad, Chicken Parmesan with ziti, BBQ pork loin, roasted fresh vegetables with Italian seasonings and olive oil, and an assortment of desserts, coffee, tea, milk, soda and water. All those in need of a meal and warm fellowship are welcome to attend at no charge. Reservations are not necessary.
The Shepherd’s Table is a special mission of the Baptist Church to provide a monthly hot meal to those experiencing hard times in the community. More information is available on the Church’s website: www.fbcwakefield.org/shepherds_table.
