MELROSE — The Melrose School Committee has announced that the Community Meet-and-Greet and School Committee interview scheduled for Monday, November 27 have been cancelled as Priya Tahiliani has elected to withdraw her candidacy for the position.
The final candidate Community Meet-and-Greet, from 4:30-5:30 in the Melrose High School Learning Commons, along with the School Committee interview, at 6:30 in the City Council Chamber of Melrose City Hall, remain scheduled for Tuesday, November 28.
Following November 28’s events, MMTV will release all Meet-and-Greet and School Committee interview recordings for the community to watch.
The committee also anticipates providing a survey to collect feedback about the candidates, and encourages and invites opinions and thoughts about the future leader of the Melrose Public Schools.
