NORTH READING — The 5th annual Festival of Trees, hosted by the North Reading Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #1511, will be held Thanksgiving weekend, Friday, Nov. 29, Saturday Nov. 30, and Sunday, Dec. 1 at the Moose Hall, 140 North St.

The festival is open to the public free of change with a fully accessible entrance and plenty of free parking.

“Everyone who attends has the opportunity to take chances on the donated trees throughout the weekend. The raffle itself will take place at 2 p.m. on Sunday afternoon with the proceeds being donated to the North Reading Moose Building Fund. This has really become a family favorite for a lot of people and we’re happy to carry on that tradition,” said Bill McGarry, one of the event organizers and current North Reading Moose President.

The decorated, artificial trees are donated by area businesses, organizations and individual families.
