An incorrect email address, using the word “planner” instead of “planning,” was published in last week’s article on the extension of time granted in the public comment period to MassHousing on the 20 Elm St. Ch. 40B apartment proposal. (The email address in the legal notice on page 20 was correct.)
Members of the public who wish to email their comments to the town’s Community Planning Department for inclusion in the packet, which the town will be submitting to MassHousing, should use this email address: Planning@northreadingma.gov and submit their email by 10 a.m. on Friday, February 1.
After the error was discovered earlier this week the CPC created an alias email to re-direct comments to the correct location sent by those who may not see this notice. Those with questions about whether their email was received may call 978-357-6250 to double check or send an email. Letters can also be dropped off in person to the Community Planning Dept. at Town Hall, 235 North St., also by 10 a.m. Friday, February 1.
