Greatest happiness was her son Sean

NORTH READING — Christine L. (Morrissey) Wilson, devoted mother of Sean Wilson, passed away on Sunday, February 4, 2024 at the age of 52. Born in Melrose, she was the loving daughter of Jacqueline (Bliszcz) Morrissey and the late William Morrissey.

Christine grew up in North Reading and was a graduate of North Reading High School, class of 1990. Christine was committed and hardworking. For over 20 years, she managed Wilmington Plaza Wine and Spirits and recently came to manage Old Towne Liquors of Burlington. Christine was a one-of-a-kind friend, full of love and warmth. Her greatest source of happiness was found in the presence of her beloved son, Sean, and the cherished moments spent with their dog, Roxie. Christine was the kind of Mom everyone wished for, and her love for her son knew no bounds. She will be deeply missed by her loving family, countless friends, and all those who had the privilege of sharing a connection with her.

In addition to her son Sean and mother Jacqueline, she was the loving wife of the late Derrick Wilson, beloved sister of Robert Morrissey and his wife Michelle, and loving aunt of Jake, Katie and Kyle Morrissey. Christine also leaves behind her best friends and extended family.
