SALEM, N.H. — Patricia “Patty” Jean Amann, 54, passed away at her home on June 20, 2020 after a hard-fought battle with cancer.

Patty was born on June 7, 1966 to the late John Amann and Eleanor (Hottsberg) Amann in Massachusetts. She graduated from North Reading High School in Massachusetts in 1984.

Patty was a proud stay at home mother who educated her two children. She was an avid collector of all things and welcomed many cats and dogs into her home through the years.

Patty is survived by her two children, her daughter, Alexandra Naro and her husband Ryan of Weare, N.H., and her son, Matthew Amann of Manchester, N.H.; her three grandchildren, Abraham, Lincoln, and Luna Naro; her brother, Paul Amann and his wife Kim of South Carolina; her sister, Christine Lamy and her husband Michael of Wolfeboro Falls, N.H., and many nieces and nephews.

Friends and family are welcome to attend her graveside service on Friday, August 7 at 11 a.m. in Salem, New Hampshire at Pine Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that you make a memorial donation to a no-kill animal shelter of your choice.
