DRACUT — Shirley A. (Doucette) Angelini passed away on Sept.16. Shirley was the beloved wife of the late Frank Angelini. She was the mother of Shirley White of New Hampshire; Settimio Angelini and his wife Kathy of Rhode Island; Nancy Theroux and her husband David of New Hampshire; Susan Stallman and her husband Tony of Washington; Frank Angelini and his wife Judy of Leominster; and the late Keith Angelini.  Shirley was the daughter of the late Joseph and Gertrude Doucette. She was the sister of Larry, Thomas, Jack, and Arnie Doucette; Jean Cox, Marguerite Young, and the late Mary Jewett. She was the loving grandmother of 17 and great grandmother of eight. Shirley is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Shirley enjoyed spending time with her family, especially sharing one of her delicious, homemade sauces, made with her best ingredient – love. She was an avid gardener and in her later years ran her own antique store where she showcased her exquisite decorating skills.

Relatives and friends may visit at the Cota Funeral Home, 335 Park St. (corner of Park St. and Rte. 28), North Reading, at the Reading line, on Sunday, Sept. 24 from 2-5 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. Theresa’s Church, 63 Winter St. (Rte. 62), North Reading, on Monday, Sept. 25 at 10:30 a.m. Interment private.
