The North Shore Skating Club is currently accepting registrations for its next session of Learn-to-Skate USA classes for ages four through adult which will begin on Thursday, November 1 and Thursday, November 8 and run through January at the Burbank Ice Arena in Reading. Professionally taught classes cater to both the recreational skater and those who would like to hone their skills to become figure skaters or hockey players.
The cost of classes is pro-rated for skaters who sign up after the first week. This coming session will include a Holiday Party in December and all enrolled skaters will be offered the option to appear in the Winter Exhibition which will be held December 9 as well as the Ice Spectacular Skating Show in April.
The North Shore Skating Club has been a non-profit organization promoting ice skating since 1948. Its group lesson program is the most respected in the area having been recognized yearly for its success by US Figure Skating.
