WINCHESTER — Patricia A. Loveless, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at Aberjona Nursing Home in Winchester with her family nearby. Patricia was born on St. Patrick’s Day in 1926 to the late John and Nora (Meade) Foley in Wakefield, where she lived most of her life. She was 95 years old.

Patricia graduated from Wakefield High School in 1944. After high school Pat devoted time and effort to the local war effort and was recognized for her work. After the war she met George M. Loveless and they were married on June 14, 1947. They were together for 63 years and raised a family of four. Patricia was a devoted mother and wife and always made sure her family’s needs came first, even before her own. For many years, Pat worked as a waitress at Heck Allen’s restaurant in Lynn, with her good friend Pat DuPuis. When you were a guest in Pat’s house, you never left hungry. She would always be offering you all kinds of food, drinks and desserts until you gave in. If you had to travel, she made sure you left before you were too tired to drive and that you had some coffee for the journey. Reading was a passion for Pat and she could easily finish many books in a week. Patricia was extremely proud of her Irish heritage and recently was in contact with cousins in Ireland that she was previously unaware of. They were very kind to her and an added comfort for her in her last months. Patricia was a kind and thoughtful woman who will be missed by all who knew her and came to love her. She will forever be in our thoughts and prayers.

Pat was predeceased by her parents, seven siblings, her husband, George and her daughter, Patricia Ann Loveless.

She is survived by her son, Michael Loveless, and his wife, Deborah, of South Paris, Maine; her daughter, Susan Lynch, of Revere; and her son, Jack Loveless, of North Andover. She was also the loving Nana to Michael, Kathleen, Kimberly, Colin, Michelle, Patrick and Kevin. Patricia also was great grandmother to Jacob, Margaret, Conor, Liam, Janessa, Patrick Jr., Lucas, Alec, Nora and Leon.
