SOUTH HAMILTON — Patricia (Wilkins) Brown, 94, of South Hamilton died Wednesday, April 26, at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill.

Patricia was born in Peabody on August 26, 1922 and was the daughter of Myron O. and Mildred L. (Matherson) Wilkins.

Patricia was raised in Wakefield and was a graduate of Rogers Hall in Lowell and later graduated from Endicott College. She later lived in South Hamilton from 1956 to the present.

Patricia was an avid sailor with her late husband and was a member of the Manchester Yacht Club. She enjoyed baking and gardening and was an avid Patriots and Red Sox fan.

Patricia was the beloved wife of the late Richard Wallace Brown. She was the loving mother of Jeffrey Sanford Brown and his wife Elise Jaffe-Brown, Steven Wallace Brown and his wife Robin Serpa Brown. She was the devoted grandmother of Christopher Wallace Brown, Gregory William Brown, and Allison Lindsay Brown and great grandmother of Colt and Ashton. She was the sister in-law of the late Betty Fielding and Nancy and Carter Fratt.

Her funeral service will be held in the Chapel at West Parish, 210 Lowell St., Andover, on Monday, May 8, at 10:30 am. Interment will be at Oakdale Cemetery in Middleton.

Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Sunday, May 7, from 2 to 5 pm.
