NORTH READING — Patricia M. (O’Brien) Sully, 82, of North Reading, formerly of Chelsea, Everett and Cambridge, died Wednesday, May 6, 2015, at Winchester Hospital. She was the beloved wife of 61 years to the late James J. Sully, who died in 2013.
Born in Cambridge on Jan. 27,1933, the daughter of the late Joseph F. and Rose V. (Friel) O’Brien. She was a graduate of St. Mary High School in Cambridge. Patricia was a mother and homemaker, she was an avid reader, with a large collection of books. In her youth, she enjoyed yard work and gardening. She has been a resident of North Reading for the past 42 years.
Patricia was the loving mother of Richard J. Sully of Lynnfield, Deborah M. Sully of Wakefield, Stephen J. and James J. Sully of North Reading and the late Daniel C. Sully; grandmother of Joseph and Lisa Tutrone, Maria and Ashley Sully; great–grandmother of Isabella and Dominic Tutrone.
Private services will be held at Croswell Funeral Home, 19 Bow St., North Reading. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in North Reading. Memorial donations may be made in her memory to the charity of one’s choice. www.croswellfuneralhome.com.
