MELROSE — Once again this October, Thom Ciulla and Michelle Boulogne will join together to exhibit their original artwork at the Beebe Estate Gallery in Melrose.

The opening reception is Friday, Oct. 2, from 7-9 p.m. Wine and hors d’oeuvres will be served. The exhibit is free and residents are welcome meet the artists. Additional exhibit hours are every Saturday in October from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with the exception of Oct. 31.

Ciulla’s work continues to evolve, along with his photography from his travels near and far he will be showing his vintage assemblage art. His mixed media pieces resurrect forgotten and unwanted materials that have been discarded, giving them a new life and second chance. They include one of a kind pieces in metal, wood, along with repurposed furniture and light fixtures. His photography is a balance of rhythm with a heart and soul. Ciulla teaches photography and is available for commission work to capture those special memories yet to be made.

Boulogne images will portray her recent travels to Venice, Italy and Iceland. Her photography is vibrant and colorful. In addition to her photography, she will be showing an array of her small functional pottery pieces. Her pottery is organic in style, fun and eclectic.
