NORTH READING — The North Reading Diamond Club will be conducting their inaugural golf tournament at the Hillview Country Club in North Reading on Oct. 7. The registration takes place at 8 a.m. followed by a 9 a.m. shotgun start. The event will be a best ball of four format. The entry fee is $150 which includes 18 holes with cart, dinner, golf shirt, prizes and other gift items.
Non–golfers are invited to socialize and participate in the raffles and dinner for only $50. Proceeds from this classic event will benefit the (501)(c) North Reading Diamond Club in funding scholarships, Carey Park maintenance and carry on the North Reading baseball tradition.
