PALM BEACH, Fla. — Richard J. Kelly, 90, of Palm Beach, Florida, passed away at Beverly Hospital on Feb. 22, 2024 while surrounded by his loving family.

Richard was born in Woburn in 1933 to the late Richard and Angelina (Leonardis) Kelly. A well known developer, he began and built the R.J. Kelly Company in 1951.

He was the beloved husband of Catherine Kelly. He was the loving father of Richard, Mark, Scott, Brandon, Lynne Kelly and Jodi Crisera-Lamb. He was the adored grandfather of grandchildren: Amie, Joseph and Richard Crisera; Jenna, Megan, Sophie and Tabitha Kelly. He also leaves behind his great grandchildren: Katelynn, Charles, Brody and Giovanna Crisera. He was the brother of Robert Kelly and is survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Arrangements were in the care of the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield. Interment took place at Forest Hill Cemetery, Lynnfield.
