WAKEFIELD — Sadie Rosalie (Guariniello) McFadden of Wakefield died on Sunday, Feb. 7, at the Melrose/Wakefield Hospital.
Born in Cambridge, she was the daughter of the late Consiglio and Antonetta (Amoroso) Guariniello. Sadie lived in Somerville and Medford before moving to Wakefield 18 years ago.
