MELROSE — The Rotary Club of Melrose will brighten the year’s winter’s doldrums by staging a gala city-wide variety show, *Stars over Melrose,” featuring the very best local talent, on Feb. 27, at Memorial Hall. Details will follow closer to the event.

But first, there will be auditions — on Tuesday, Dec. 8, from 7:30 to 9 p.m., and Saturday, Dec. 12, from 3 to to 5 p.m., both at Temple Beth Shalom, 21 East Foster St., Melrose.

Anyone 12 to 100+ years old, who lives or works in Melrose, is welcome to try out.

All types of talent are welcome: vocal, dance, musical, magical, acting and more!

The event is sure to provide an evening of great entertainment, excellent food and drink and amazing surprises from your neighbors in Melrose. In addition, it will provide a chance to learn more about the workings of Rotary, the largest service organization in the world, and to benefit the club in its efforts to help both the local and international communities.
