BURLINGTON — “Stronger than Cancer,” a spring fling concert in honor of Lynnfield High School sophomore Molly Malone, will be presented by the Primrose School of Burlington and Womenade on Saturday, May 14.

The concert will be held in the gymnasium of Burlington High School, 123 Cambridge St., from 10 a.m. to noon.

It features a special musical performance by acclaimed children’s performer Ben Rudnick and Friends. There is a suggested donation of $25 per family for this fund-raiser.

A silent auction is also being held and refreshments will be served.

All proceeds will help the Malone family with the uncovered expenses related to their daughter’s fight against Ewing sarcoma following her diagnosis in January.

Molly, 15, is an accomplished figure skater who loves music. She is the oldest child of Tim and Nukhet Malone and the big sister of Emily, a first-grader, and Patrick and Audrey, twin kindergarteners.
