WAKEFIELD RESIDENT Regina Martine took this photo on Boston Common Saturday during the Boston Women's March. An estimated 175,000 peaceful protesters — men and women united in their stand against President Donald Trump — attended. Regina also said a local group called One Degree is being formed. Part of the still-incomplete mission statement is: "We are all One Degree from someone in need, One Degree from someone who feels unsafe, One Degree from someone with a story just like our own, One Degree from someone who wants to help. These connections are more important than ever in a society that seems to focus on our differences rather than our similarities. One Degree's mission is to find these connections and celebrate them so we all have the opportunity to be safe, to be heard, and to be stronger than the forces that strive to divide us."
