WAKEFIELD — Shaw’s of Wakefield has partnered with The Angel Fund for ALS Research as a supporter of the 23rd annual Walk of Hope for ALS which will be held on Saturday, September 7. The 3.5-mile walk around Lake Quannapowitt in Wakefield benefits the ALS research of Dr. Robert Brown, Jr. and his team at UMass Chan Medical School in Worcester. Shaw’s has been a longtime supporter of the event.
