DRACUT — Jacquelyn M. Muise, age 93 of Dracut, formerly of Haverhill and Wakefield died on Thursday, January 2 at the Giving Tree Senior Living Center in Dracut.

She was born in Melrose on May 3, 1931 and was the daughter of the late James and Mary (Legg) White. Jackie was raised in Melrose and was a graduate of Melrose High School. She was a long-time resident of Wakefield where she worked at the Curley Insurance Agency for many years. She was also a member of St. Joseph Church. Jackie had been a resident of Haverhill since 2001. 

She was the beloved wife of the late Irving L. Muise. She was the loving mother of Doreen Stene of Colorado; Linda Crowe of Haverhill; Cindy Muise of Haverhill; Donna Belanger and her husband Bob of Derry, NH; and the late Judy Chinn. She was the sister of the late James White. Jacquelyn is also survived by her ten and thirteen great grandchildren. 

Her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, January 9 in St. Joseph Church, 173 Albion St., Wakefield at 11:30 a.m. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield prior to the Mass from 9 to 11 a.m. Interment, Lakeside Cemetery, Wakefield.
