Enjoyed time with her grandchildren
WAKEFIELD — Linda J. Elliott, age 77 of Wakefield died on Monday, September 23 at her home. She was born in Winchester on October 11, 1946 and was the daughter of the late Gordon and Florence (Petrillo) Weaver. Linda was a lifelong Wakefield resident. She was a retired nurses aid from Oostermans Nursing Home. She was a member of St. Joseph Church and enjoyed spending her free time with her grandchildren.
She was the loving mother of Tammy Sheehan of Wakefield; Carrie Fotino and her husband Roger of Stoneham; Kelly McCarthy and her husband Tim of Braintree; and the late Leonard Elliott. Linda is also survived by her sister Debbie Swiggard and her husband Wayne of Lowell and her seven grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at Forest Glade Cemetery, 470 Lowell St., Wakefield on Thursday, September 26 at 11 a.m. Services are in the care of the McDonald Funeral Home, Wakefield. For guestbook, visit mcdonaldfs.com.
