Life–long resident of North Reading

 

wallace-king-Obit-webNORTH READING — Wallace A. King of North Reading died at his home on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at the age 80. He was the loving husband of the late Joan P. (Bacigalupo) King.

Born in North Reading on June 1, 1935, he was the son of the late William W. and Maisy (Hudson) King. He was a life–long resident of North Reading. He was a retired Union Carpenter, with Local No. 218. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge and a member of the North Reading Auxiliary Police Department. Wallace loved hunting and fishing with family and friends, he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, it always was a special time for him.

Family members include his loving son, William J. King and his wife Cate of Merrimac, MA; daughters, Nancy T. (King) Brown and her husband Richard of Beverly, Ruth King and Barbara (King) Nicosia, both of North Reading; his brother, Albert King of Raymond, NH and John King of California; his sisters, Betty (King) DeRego of Californiaand the late Evelyn DiNunzio. Also survived by seven cherished grandchildren.
