SAUGUS – Mr. Wayne A. Kotkowski, 61 years, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 24 at his home in Saugus.
Born in Lynn and raised in Saugus, he was the son of Rose (Kielbasa) Kotkowski of Saugus and the late Walter Kotkowski. He was a retiree from General Electric where he worked as a machine operator.
Mr. Kotkowski also leaves one daughter, Jamie Pratt of Braintree; one granddaughter, Madelyn; one sister, Annmarie Napolitano of Saugus; five brothers, Walter of Lynn, Paul of North Reading, Matthew of Saugus, Anthony of Saugus and John Kotkowski of England. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to Alzheimer’s Association of Massachusetts, 480 Pleasant St., Watertown, MA 02472.
