Enjoyed traveling, the beach and shopping
LYNNFIELD — Lynda S. (Wickey) DeCourcy, 52, of Lynnfield, formerly of Salem, wife of the late Jay T. DeCourcy, passed away on Wednesday evening, September 10, 2014 at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington following a brief illness.
She was born in Gloucester on May 22, 1962, the daughter of Arthur and Donna (Fears) Wickey of Lynnfield.
Lynda enjoyed traveling and going to the beach, but her favorite was shopping. She was a kind, giving person with a big heart who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
She is survivied by her parents, Arthur and Donna Wickey; her sister, Deborah Park; her niece, Stephanie Park, all of Lynnfield; her favorite aunt, Robin of New Hampshire; and cousins Shannon of Vermont and Heather of New Hampshire.
In keeping with her wishes, there will be no visiting hours and a memorial Mass will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her name to Care Dimensions, 75 Sylvan St., Suite B-102, Danvers MA 01923.
