SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. — Susan Donaher, 71, died of a sudden illness on May 9 at UCSF Hospital in San Francisco, CA.
Born on June 5, 1945 in Jersey City, NJ, she is predeceased by her father Edward Vincent Kutniewski; mother Anna Kearney; stepmother Alexandra Sohodski; her ex-husband John Donaher, and her partner John Beaton.
Susan graduated from Saugus High School in 1963. She worked at Sears for 40 years and was a longtime resident of Wakefield.
She loved the California sun and going on cruises with her twin grandchildren Ian and Isabella.
Survivors include her son James Donaher, sisters Deborah Kutniewski and Josephine Shine and brother Edward Kutniewski.
Mass intentions will be said on June 4 at 9:30 a.m. at Most Blessed Sacrament Church, 1155 Main St., Wakefield.
The family would like to give special thanks to her niece Deborah Jimenez, and to Joel Alegria for their loving support.
