Shine at MSTCA Winter Festival Meet
BOSTON — Since there is no crossover dual meet against a Middlesex League Liberty division team this winter, Wakefield Memorial High boys’ indoor track head coach Ruben Reinoso elected to bring his team to the Massachusetts State Track Coaches Association’s Winter Festival Meet for the small schools in the M.L. In the shot put, Dylan Brady, a senior, had a throw of 36-6 which was good for 26th place overall.
Senior Pat Casaletto and junior Jian Glen Gallardo competed in the long jump and had distances of 18-0 and 17-3. Casaletto was 15th overall and Gallardo finished in 24th place.
