MELROSE — The late timing of the World Health Organization’s recommendation on one of the flu strains has caused delays in vaccine production by pharmaceutical companies. Due to these delays, the Melrose Health Department will be unable to offer flu vaccines at the Victorian Fair on Sunday, September 8.
