Shieh is seeded 9th in the 50-meter freestyle under 10, with a time of 29.65 which he got when he was 9-years old. Girls’ cross-country cruises past Essex Tech

LYNNFIELD — The cross-country teams gave strong performances during a dual meet against Essex Tech on Oct. 11.

“It was a good meet for both teams,” said Pioneers head coach William Wallace.

The girls’ team (2-2) defeated Essex Tech 21-37. The lowest score in cross-country wins a meet.

Henehan, Daley impress at CAL Open

BOXFORD — Deven Henehan and Paul Daley were the two Lynnfield High representatives in the Cape Ann League Open on Oct. 12 at Far Corner in West Boxford.
