BOSTON — Emmanuel College student-athlete Lauren White ’16, of Lynnfield, was recognized by the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) in women’s lacrosse for the week of March 30.

White was named the GNAC Goalkeeper of the Week. According to the GNAC website, she posted a 3-0 week in net for the Saints, including a pair of GNAC wins. White finished the week with 21 saves while allowing an average of just 5.33 goals per game. The junior boasted a .568 save percentage over 180 minutes of action, including a 12-save performance in Emmanuel’s 10-8 come-from-behind win over Regis College.

The GNAC was founded in 1995 and is comprised of 12 NCAA Division 3 colleges and universities and prides itself on the philosophy of community, integrity and sportsmanship.
