Revolution will be in the house

MELROSE—Soccer fans have a treat coming up on Sept. 27 when Melrose hosts the First Annual Soccer Night held under the lights of Fred Green Field.
It will feature marquee competition between the Melrose Red Raider soccer teams and the Burlington Red Devils. Both the boy’s and girl’s team will compete against Burlington starting at 6:00 p.m. when the boys take the field. At 8:00 p.m., the girl’s team will start their contest against Burlington under the lights at the field.
Everyone is welcome to join in the festivities that will take part prior to each game. There will be games, prizes and appearances by the NE REV squad and Mascot Slyde.
The concession stand will also be open, offering pizza, hot dogs, snacks and drinks for purchase.
Be sure not to miss this special MHS soccer event in what is shaking up to be their biggest night of the season.
