Meg Chapman honored in singles, Grace Hurley and Abby Chapman chosen in doubles
WAKEFIELD— The Middlesex League girls’ tennis coaches met recently to make this year’s all-star selection in both the Freedom and Liberty divisions.
For the Warriors, they had three players chosen as league all-stars. Senior Meghan Chapman was selected in singles, while junior Grace Hurley and sophomore Abby Chapman were named all-stars in doubles.
M.L. Freedom division champion Burlington had three singles players chosen and one doubles team. Watertown had one singles player and doubles team named like Wakefield.
In the M.L. Liberty division, Winchester and Reading both had two singles players chosen and one doubles team. Belmont had one singles player and one doubles team, while Arlington had one singles players selected and Lexington had one doubles team honored.
