MELROSE — The late timing of the World Health Organization’s recommendation on one of the flu strains has caused delays in vaccine production by pharmaceutical companies. Due to these delays, the Melrose Health Department will be unable to offer flu vaccines at the Victorian Fair on Sunday, September 8.
We look forward to vaccinating you at the following clinics:
• Pop-Up Flu Clinic – Melrose City Hall, Basement Conference Room, Wednesday, September 25 from 1 to 6 p.m.
• Memorial Hall flu clinic – 590 Main Street, October 9 from 11 a.m. to noon.
