WOBURN — Amanda Agnes (Boyd) St. Martin, 41, passed away Wednesday March 4, 2020 at her home in Woburn after a long battle with breast cancer.
Born in Melrose on August 16, 1978, she was the daughter of loving parents Richard and Patricia Bickford of New Port Richey, Fla. She was an incredibly loving and devoted wife to her husband Wayne St. Martin and amazing mother to their sons Jacob, Lucas and Nathan. She lived her whole life for her family and loved them with everything she had.
Amanda’s life revolved around her three boys. She also enjoyed spending time with her friends, her book club, camping, and baking; especially her cookies. She was an advocate and volunteered for breast cancer awareness programs and was involved with the Tanner TaTas. Amanda graduated from Melrose High School in 1996. She worked for Eastern Bank for over 20 years.
Amanda is also survived by her brothers Christopher Boyd and his wife Christine of New Port Richey, Fla., Mark Bickford and his wife Michele of Londonderry, N.H., Chris Bickford and his husband Scott of St. Petersburg, Fla., David Bickford of Malden and Steven Bickford and his wife Chikita of Londonderry, N.H.; her sisters Shannon Boyd-English of Acton, Maine and Julie Gallagher and her husband Sean of Winthrop; many nieces and nephews, and countless friends who loved her like family.
She was a fighter and never gave up hope. She found incredible support and strength in the Tanner TaTa Foundation of Woburn over the past seven years and her family is so grateful for their love and support.
A funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary’s of the Annunciation, 4 Herbert Street, Melrose on Saturday, March 14 at 11 a.m. Internment at Woodbrook Cemetery in Woburn. A celebration of life will be held immediately following. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
