Son of local man was studying architecture at Wentworth

Haver-obit-webMILFORD — Michael Jorge Paulino Haver, 19, of Milford died unexpectedly Friday, March 17, at his residence.
Michael was born in Boston, the proud son of local resident William G. Haver II and of Ana Paula Paulino of Milford. He attended Milford public schools, graduating from Milford High School, Class of 2016.
He was presently attending Wentworth Institute of Technology majoring in Architecture.
Michael enjoyed playing on the Milford Little League. He was also very involved in town and club sports like soccer as well as the Milford High volleyball and soccer teams. He was an avid snowboarder, longboard skating, trick bicyclist, boater and sailor.
He also loved to do his own “trick-my-ride” applications of paint, light groups and engine power boosting to his cars.
Others describe Michael has having an infectious smile, which made those around him want to be close to him. He was a kind and loving soul who would stand up for others, as well as himself, without hesitation. Michael was very much a beloved son, grandson, cousin, fellow student and friend of many.
Michael is survived by his father William G. Haver II of Wakefield; his mother Ana P. Paulino, wife of Christopher Schertzer of Milford; his predeceased paternal grandfather John G. Haver and his paternal grandmother Mrs. Maurie A. Haver of Wakefield; his maternal grandparents Marceano and Maria Paulino of Norfolk; his aunt and godmother Ms. Laura H. Brophy of Wilmington and her children Kristyn and Matthew Brophy; his uncle and godfather Paul Paulino and his wife Lisa of Uxbridge and their children Joshua and Ryan Paulino.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, March 25, at 12 noon at St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 19 Winter St., Milford. There are no visiting hours.
Parking is limited to a small lot although, parking is allowed on several adjacent streets, but it is advised to come earlier, than later, to enter the church in a timely fashion.
